Jian & Ling Bamboo is the best because unlike other bamboo, it is not grown rapidly. Hunan Jian & Ling Bamboo is not harvested for 5 - 8 years and is grown in the four seasons of central China's Hunan Province. Because of this, Jian & Ling Bamboo is extremely hardy and has out performed both oak and maple for its durability and strength.

Our flooring comes in two styles; a horizontal cut that clearly shows the knuckle of the bamboo and a vertical cut that is more streamlined. Both of these two cuts are available in one of our two standard colors: natural or carbonized (a coffee color), additionally unfinished flooring can be special ordered.
